Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) is conveniently located close to downtown Baton Rouge and to the LSU campus. The best way to reach the LSU campus from BTR is by taxi or Lyft/Uber (about $25 ride). There are always taxis available at the terminal.

Coates Hall C Lot (LSU Parking map) is next to Coates Hall and is free on weekends.
Parking is free for guests at both conference hotels (The Cook Hotel and Sonesta ES Suites).Guest parking on campus is available for a fee on the third floor of the Union Square Parking Garage (Google Maps link).
