• Pederson Funeral Home, 1994-present, Rockford, MI. Provided installation of computers and funeral home software. Provide ongoing training and help with the software.

• Whirlpool Corporation, 1993-94, Benton Harbor, MI. Provided training and support to the person replacing my position at Whirlpool. Made two major upgrades to the Employee Development System. Consulted on how to move the database to an Oracle database server.

• Surfside Software Inc., 1989-92, Boston, Massachusetts. Provided consultation to the upgrade team on how to improve and enhance the Teacher Gradebook Module.

• Bethany Christian Services, 1988-89, Grand Rapids, MI. Provided relational database design for an application that tracked sexual offenders.
